Refund policy
We are sorry that you even had to look for the refund policy.
As you know great produce has a limited shelf life. Although we do our best to pack shipments well, we cannot control conditions such as extreme weather, shipping issues, or handler care. We agree you should get what you paid for.
If your shipment arrives unsatisfactory, please send an email to ridgecrestavocados@gmail.com, along with a picture or two, and a description of why you are not thrilled with your shipment. We will gladly refund you for any damaged or unusable items.
*Refunds may be prorated per damaged item.
